MANUFACTURING
Hansong has recently completed a world class 350,000ft2 (32,500m2) factory with multiple assembly lines and smaller work cells to meet your needs, providing us over 51,000m2 (550,000ft2) in total manufacturing space. From 100 to 100,000 units, we can deliver nearly any product to your specifications on time, and on budget. Our manufacturing engineering, project management and quality teams will work with you every step of the way to ensure consistent, quality production from the earliest prototypes to the end of the product lifecycle. Our in house SMT/SMD and DIP auto insertion lines allow us to control the process quality and schedule for nearly all major sub assemblies.
Our award winning design and engineering staff has over 90 members in various disciplines, including more than 20 software experts. Our experienced industrial design, mechanical, electrical, software and acoustic engineering teams can quickly take your ideas from a “sketch on a napkin” to fully developed product in time to meet your specific market needs. Our engineering team is constantly innovating, developing multiple core platforms in AV processors, amplifiers, power supplies, wireless and portable devices, and software apps. Our experience allows us to guide the customer through even the most complex technologies. We are proficient in multiple DSP platforms and audio enhancements such as Dolby, DTS and THX. QUALITY
Since it’s inception in 1998, Hansong has built our reputation on quality. INJECTION MOLD AND TOOLING
We have recently added to our on-site, vertical integration with a state of the art injection mold and tool making facility with up to 650 ton capability. This addition, coupled with an experienced staff of tool design and mold engineers allows Hansong to control the quality, schedule and cost to meet our customer demands.
